You may cancel your Produsa subscription at any time from your account Settings page. Upon cancellation:
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with Produsa, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. No questions asked.
After 7 days:
One-time credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. If credits have not been used, a refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase.
If you have auto-reload enabled and a charge occurs that you did not intend, you may request a refund within 48 hours if the auto-reloaded credits have not been consumed. To prevent future auto-reload charges, disable the feature in Settings.
If Produsa experiences extended downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) that prevents you from using the Service, you may be eligible for a pro-rata credit to your account for the affected period. Contact us to request service disruption credits.
If an AI build fails to produce usable output due to a platform error (not user input), the credits consumed by the failed build will be refunded to your account balance automatically.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Enterprise plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as per the terms of your enterprise agreement.
