These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Produsa platform at produsa.dev ("Service"), operated by Produsa ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Produsa is an AI-powered autonomous application building platform. Users describe an application idea, and our AI agents research, design, build, and deploy functional web applications. The Service includes:
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Produsa offers the following plans:
Credits are consumed based on AI compute usage during builds. Unused credits do not roll over between billing cycles. Top-up credit packs are available for one-time purchase.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for subscription fees.
Your Content: You retain ownership of all ideas, descriptions, and inputs you provide. You also own the applications generated by the Service based on your inputs.
Generated Code: Applications built by Produsa's AI are yours to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize without restriction.
Our Platform: The Produsa platform, AI models, and proprietary technology remain our intellectual property.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
Applications are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality, AI-generated code may contain errors, security vulnerabilities, or bugs. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated applications before deployment to production environments. Produsa is not liable for issues arising from unreviewed AI-generated code.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, AI provider outages, or infrastructure issues may temporarily affect the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODUSA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Produsa in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases, but you retain ownership of previously generated applications.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
